Pino Piccirillo
In 2011, Pino Piccirillo partnered with his brother, Rick, and launched Nucast Contracting Inc. to augment the abilities of its sister company, Castello Landscape Construction Ltd. But his tradesmen journey began long before that. Piccirillo grew up in the construction industry. As a young boy he spent his summers helping with small jobs at his father's masonry company, honing basic skills and developing his workmen's ethic. He eventually worked for a local landscaping company where he quickly developed a fondness for working with his hands- a love that developed into his first business.

At only 19, Piccirillo and his best friend, a classmate he knew since he was 9, started a small interlocking brick company that they ran for two years. Eventually, Piccirillo joined Kapp Contracting Inc., a well-known name in the sewer, water main and excavation industry.

For 17 years he worked for Kapp, learning the intricacies of the trade, working his way up the company's ladder. It was here where Piccirillo developed the crucial skills needed to succeed in the industry. He combined that knowledge with his meticulous attention to detail and firm adherence to deadlines, eventually obtaining a foreman position with Kapp. He brings those talents and a customer-first attitude to Nucast, where his love for being hands-on cultivates first-class results on every project he captains.
